"The Colors to the rooms they were dark dingy and unpleasant the safety box didn’t work it was broken never fixed it and bathroom shows very tiny liquid soap scary even to get in the shower"

"My flight from the US was delayed and the lines in immigration were unbelievably long, like 1 hour 20 min, so I missed my connecting flight. I booked this hotel, the same day. It’s close to the airport, they have an airport shuttle running every 40 min. It’s clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Good to have a nice room and friendly staff after a rough travel day. "

"Tuve una excelente estadía en el Hotel Distrito ZF. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto y en una zona muy segura en Bogotá. Sobretodo, quiero SÚPER RECOMENDARLO por su excelente servicio y atención al huésped. La amabilidad y disposición a ayudarme durante mi estadía fue excepcional. Hago especial atención al chico de frontdesk, Mateo, quien fue “above and beyond”. Me asistió y aconsejó en ubicarme cerca del área, en comprar unas medicinas por delivery que necesitaba y no se conseguían. Siempre estuvo muy pendiente para garantizar que nos sintiéramos cómodas y bienvenidas. Siempre he admirado la calidad y amabilidad hacia el cliente en Colombia pero este hotel superó las expectativas. Muchas gracias. "

"This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. The resort is located in the middle of a huge rainforest, so you are truly surrounded by nature. I've never been so relaxed. There are around 2 miles of hiking trails, but they take a while to complete because they are hilly. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The coffee tour was out of this world, they really put so much care into becoming one with the environment. Everything is very all-inclusive, so you don't have to worry about anything. "
