"This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. The resort is located in the middle of a huge rainforest, so you are truly surrounded by nature. I've never been so relaxed. There are around 2 miles of hiking trails, but they take a while to complete because they are hilly. The staff is so kind and welcoming. "Overall, I recommend this hotel. The accommodations were clean and provided the needed amenities. We did lose our wifi for about 4 hours. The biggest problem with this is that there are no phones in the rooms. Therefore, the only way to communicate with hotel staff is via WhatsApp. Because of the location, it was very difficult to get a cell phone signal, so this presented minor problems, such as communicating with another cabin and the staff, during our stay.
