"The good, was the room was clean and the staff is very kind. They let us check in early. The downsides were huge. WiFi doesn’t really work at all. There were loud parties outside past 2 AM with super loud music that you can hear. There’s no insulation from the sound and you can hear people talking outside of cars driving by. The neighborhood isn’t very good."

"I've stayed at this property multiple times and it's been good-great reach trip to Bogota. However this trip there is a noticable drop in the hotel standards. Usually they would not allow someone to have their television in high volumes. But for the past 2 hours(630pm) today 4/26/2024 this had been the case. So now aside from the clubs you have loud guests. If you're looking for a quiet night this is not the place. Staff is amazing, great Wifi coverage and safe. Just noise levels are not...

"Disgusting stay. The water went out during middle of showers, electricity went out taking out the WIFI. The family room consisted of 4 single beds all crammed into a small room. The covers were all stained with what appear like blood and during check out, they claimed we had stained them with orange juice demanding we pay $150,000 pesos for a dry clean. They are thieves. When asked about the check-in observation form which outlined any existing condition, they rejected the idea. DO NOT STAY...

"Had to argue with lady at front desk to give me key to room when I left hotel.....Ridiculous....would not stay here again.... why would Leave key to room with my luggage there....makes no sense for a Hotel...I understand a motel charing by the hour but not if you are paying for the entire night"

"Made the reservation. Upon arrival the hotel was full and could not stay on it. Staff did not help, they just told us it was a problem with the system and to leave. Had to find a differet hotel at 9 pm on an area which looks unsafe."
