"Please tip housekeepers, they do an awesome job! This place is conveniently located near Parque de la marimba n other nearby attractions. Transportation is easy, although I would suggest Uber instead of taxis or any other public transportation. Five stars for this hotel. Rooms are a bit outdated but overall is a beautiful hotel, nice pool to kill the heat"

"Centrally located with easy access to mall, food options, bank and available transportation. Overall hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The pool area didn’t have any umbrellas which would have been nice and the gym didn’t have any circulation causing extreme heat when more than 1 person was working out. Would stay again if made those minor adjustments. "

"Very friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were all clean and comfortable. The area is quiet although behind the suites there is a gym that plays music non-stop all day but the nights are quiet. "
