My only complaint is that breakfast was a mess. The staff looked overwhelmed by all the people and kids and were unorganized. I get a menu myself, and even after that no one came to take my order, so I decided to leave."

The should reconsider that. Since the charge a daily resort fee, thats the norm in most resort hotels"
