"The location is excellent for shopping and dining options. The rooms were small and there was no laundry facilities. The hotel lobby is very dark which makes it feel a little unwelcoming. I liked that you could get updates on the tv about how busy the onsen was, however the onsen was also very dark and didn't feel welcoming. Staff were polite but didn't seem particularly friendly or helpful. I think they are sick of foreign tourists which is unfortunate given they work in a hotel. Accommodation...

"Comfortable beds and pillows, amazing shower, wonderful amenities and super friendly staff. Very convenient location for traveling and shopping. Only downside was breakfast which I only visited twice as they didn’t have a lot of options for oatmeal/baked goods/ yogurt lovers. Both days the one option of plain yogurt was at the bottom of the dish, no baked goods except for mini plain croissants and I had to ask both times for staff to replenish both the granola and yogurt dishes. Not a deal...
