"Great hotel, new and properly mantained. Rooms are a bit bigger than your average Japanese hotel room. Thenonly issue isbthat the rooftop is exclusive use for the highest suites. The hotel is very clean, staff are very helpful. "

"Room was well presented, clean and big enough for a few nights. Staff were friendly and kindly spoke English to us. Lots of disposable amenities available in the lobby. Near to transport options and close to the centre of town. Rooms cleaned every few nights with the aim of being eco friendly and was fine with us. Negative: Like all Japanese hotels we’ve stayed in there is no closet or places to put clothes."

"This is my partner and my favourite hotel in our Japan trip - we stayed at 3 different hotels. We loved the scenery at the entrance of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. They always greet up when we enter and leave - adds a personal touch! They offered free ammenities and guests to access if they need to top up! They provide free afternoon tea and sake/wine tasting at night for guests to experience, as travellers we really appreciate this element as we get to explore the different...

"Location was pretty convenient and surrounded by plenty of shops/restaurants. However, the downfall was the noise from the main road. Size was not over generous but better than a Tokyo. My adult kids shared a twin for slightly more price but worth it for the space. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location as it was only 10 mins on the bus but they only allow roll on small suitcases. A taxi is around ¥2,500 for the short distance if you are interested."
