"The staff were really attentive, without being too much. A little time in getting drinks, but to be honest this just made us relax into the chilled atmosphere more. The location was superb and we went for a dog walk straight from the hotel. Great historic old, hotel to be able to take a dog to. Can loose yourself in the view over Windermere "

"The service needs improvement. We may be unlucky been served by a by a new employee ( I hope it was just a new employee or an untrained one). I ordered a drink a the bar and I actually explained to the lady how to do it - it was just an Apperoll spritz- nothing fancy). On the dinner , after we ordered, after 15 minutes, she came back asking us if we want to order something. The next morning, she forgot to bring me the breakfast ( after 30 minutes of waiting I informed another colleague and...
