"Really loved the luxury of the property, super nice. The breakfast was great as well. Staff was good, but needed to be more friendly to English speakers, if they can. Rooms were fantastic. Only thing I was frustrated about was that the front desk did not honor my Hilton honors rewards because I booked through a 3rd party site, which I have done numerous times before and gotten credit. Pretty silly policy that was not mitigated. "

And if you want dinner you have to go 2 minutes round the corner to the bigger Holiday Inn, which in all fairness does a good burger with friendly service. Breakfast is mainly Chinese with western option being toast, cereal and self serve coffee. Location is about a 10 minute walk from Lake Tai Hu, although that certain part is a so called Park and there is an entrance fee (I think around 20 kuai) Lots...
