"I really like the hotel and the services. The front desk was especially helpful in helping me plan train transport from Windsor to York. They really went out of their way. Everything was clean and lovely. The only issue I had was that even though I stayed in a non-smoking room, Someone had smoked in the room beforehand. The room smelled of smoke when I first checked in. Luckily, it mostly dissipated after I have the window open for a while."

"The hotel is huge and it takes a while to find your way around it. It’s very clean & staff are helpful and attentive. We had a family room and our 12 year old was given a single sofa bed but it didn’t have a mattress so was solid and not fit for purpose but a quick call to reception and they sent a z-bed up which had a mattress so was a lot more comfortable for our son. The bar & restaurants are lovely and quality food and service. Nothing too much trouble. The grounds of the hotel are lovely with areas to sit outdoors for a drink or relax. Overall I would recommend the hotel as a lovely place to stay. We will definitely return. "

"Incredible for the little ones, amenities within the room were fantastic. They absolutely loved the treasure hunt. The room was decorated amazingly and was extremely clean. Just a good score with regard to the adults though, I would have liked to have some biscuits as part of the coffee-tea area as there was nothing with our brew after sitting down a long day. Milk is only just enough for one coffee or tea. Coffee machine made luke warm coffees. Headboard is rock hard would be more comfortable with a softer one. "

"What an exceptional hotel. All the staff are beyond friendly, the hotel is a fun environment, a great change from the other bland hotel chains. I took my 7 year old daughter to Legoland and told her I had booked a special hotel for the trip. On arrival there was a little tent in the room set up for her with a colouring in book and drinks, and a message on the mirror with her name on it, to enjoy Legoland. The lobby had lots of free games - table tennis, football table, and a big jenga, it was a relaxed and fun place to hang around. You can get the 702 or 703 bus from terminal 5 in Heathrow, a day ticket is only £6, and stops at the hotel, we got off checked in played some games and then went back out to visit Windsor and can back, the next morning the same bus will bring you to Legoland."
