"The Eden has come a long way since I first started staying there in the 1980's. It's very modern and has reimagined itself for a younger client base. The music in elevators was a bit loud for us....the breakfast was abundant and tasty but crowded because it was a Sunday morning. Our shower/tub was fantastic and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks much for everyone's help!!"

"citizenM Amsterdam South is a unique chain of hotels with a micro footprint focus. Each room has an "open" show and toilet area in the main bedroom, partitioned by a glass tube and or curtain, which takes some getting used to. The staff is stellar, I enjoyed when they called us guest "citizens". The lobby feels akin to a hostel, in that its very communal, even with the likes of business workers. Its affordable and in a good location. Watch out for all the bikes!"

There's a park nearby with a goat farm but it takes a while to walk there due to lack of more direct access. No allocated walkways to the park though. Only a bicycle track. The Albert Heijn store was way too small with too little items for sale. A recommended hotel for a short stay. "

I felt very nickel and dimed to death in a hotel with poor water temp in the bathroom and charged for airport transportation.
