"Great rooms with stunning views. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only downside was the small lobby, which didn’t offer much space to roam around with my kids. The workout room was nice, though it was quite hot, and the pool was definitely a highlight. "

"We discovered Hotel Indy 3 years ago and it’s our GO TO Indianapolis hotel for a quick overnight when traveling to Louisville or Nashville. You can’t beat Calvin Fletcher Coffee, Amelia’s Bakery, and Bluebeard’s restaurant. All are within an easeful 1 mile walk down Virginia in the Fountain Square area. "

It appeared as if no one had swept away the salt that had been tracked inside from the parking lot. Otherwise, we were pleased with our stay."

"Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for...
