"We visited Roatan last week and stayed at the Kimpton Grand Roatan Hotel. This place is beautiful, my 7 year old son says it’s a magical place. It’s located within walking distance to the beach. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel "

Although there were a few other guests, my wife and I felt like we had the place to ourselves. We enjoyed sitting on the beach and snorkeling off the pavilion with no distractions. She was unwilling to make accommodations for my group, which consisted of my cousin, my one-year old son, and me. She blamed Expedia for the miscommunication and did not try to fix the problem.
