"The staff were absolutely beyond top notch (especially Leandro Vega, Teddie Thomas, Dinia & our server at The Drop Off). We adopted a stray dog and the hotel went above and beyond to ensure she got to be with us all times, brought her a bowl of water as soon as they saw us. The property was very well laid out, and very easy to navigate. The number of daily activities available were beyond impressive. The bed, pillows, and linens were heavenly. Definitely one of the top resort experiences we’ve experienced and beyond memorable."

"This is a nice hotel but this time it was not the vest experience my room had a weird smell the elevator dint work we had no hot water we had to keep calling in till maintenance came to fix it "

"The entire experience was amazing! This hotel is an oasis on the coast with amazing food and drinks with fresh, healthy ingredients. Our room was more like a modern villa with a private staircase and enormous balcony with lounge furniture overlooking a courtyard with a reflecting pool and lush trees. Beyond the courtyard, you can see the ocean right from the balcony. The security guards protect the space from other tourists so it is very private and has roped off loungers on the beach. With a short walk, you can walk to the grocery store, restaurants and bars. "

"All perfect: the attention, the beauty of the hotel, all green areas, the beach no more than 100 meters of the room (maximum!). The room was a surprise! it seems like those expensive apartments you rent, but in the middle of this paradise...and actually a super good fee! Congratulations, hopefully will be back in a near future!"

"We had a great time at Caribe Tesoro. The manager Victoria was fantastic, we met her when checking in, and we saw her often during our stay. Breakfast was cooked fresh when we ordered, all fresh ingredients every single day. Afternoons and evenings were very enjoyable at the poolside bar, also with exceptional service. All of the wonderful employees we interacted with were truly kind and nice people, the kind of people one would consider friends after a week on the property. Such a perfect location, next to West Bay Beach. We look forward to returning to this beautiful property, bringing our family next time."
