"Booked as a night away to visit Cambridge with my two young children. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time which was disappointing but without having to ask we were offered free drinks and activity packs for the kids along with apologies. Cookies too! Room was what you’d expect from a holiday inn, basic but comfortable. Slight niggle was the sofa bed being out blocked the dressing table/chair area.
