"When we arrived, there was a bit of a wait, and the process felt slower than I had hoped. It seemed like they were understaffed, or perhaps there was a technical issue, but it took a while before I could get our room keys. I understand that delays happen, but a quicker check-in would have been appreciated after a long day of travel. I would still recommend this hotel, but I hope they work on streamlining the check-in process to make the arrival experience smoother for future guests."

"This is a nice, modern, clean hotel, but the location isn’t great. Gym is a joke, random selection of random gear in a small room - including a knock-off Peloton bike (the ‘Echelon’) - really not good enough. No actual bar or other services."

"Poor directions to get to the property with all the construction. But when i called the staff was very helpful to guide me around it. ALL the staff were really helpfull in teaching me how to use the bus, helping me with parking, and all the christmas characters were so kind to my daughter. The staff was excellent. "

"Awesome hotel with great staff. The rooms were recently renovated and so nice and spacious. Some work was being done to update the rooms/hotel but you could hardly tell while you were there. Location was great, parking is limited but there is a huge lot across the street. Lots of restaurants very close by and the restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal as well. "

"Overall my stay was good, its my second time, staff are respectful and nice, view is wow, spa outside beautiful experience in winter, many amenities ans activities available, rooms are clean but i would ask for better cleaning and bath room needs renovations also. Overall i love my stay with my husband and my friends and i recommend it also!"

"Beautiful, clean property with a very well-equipped gym. My husband and I really enjoyed the yoga with Melanie. There are plenty of activities for families to enjoy. What stood out the most? Definitely the customer service. The staff working at the reception and at the restaurant were exceptionally courteous, kind and polite. We also really enjoyed the restaurant’s breakfast and the bar’s cocktails. We will definitely return and try out the restaurant for dinner next time!"

"Very nice hotel, spacious room, very clean. Warm and courteous welcome. What's really nice is that the hotel offers its guests, free, hot chocolate chip cookies. All you have to do is ask for your cookie at reception. It’s a very nice touch :) We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Le Dijon. Very good service, delicious meal, very nice wine list. Beautiful atmosphere, both for couples and small groups."
