"nice Hotel, good value for the money, only disappointed in the restaurant messed up my gluten free food with mix up and spoilt the meal so would not eat there again."

"Nearly could have made it to my best hotel stay yet. Beautiful hotel, a vibrant welcoming atmosphere. Friendly and helpful service at reception and in the sports bar. Less so at the gym. Room was spacious and comfortable temperature, nicely decorated. I was only able to use the gym due to restricted access for the times I was there but the gym was huge with a great variety of equipment. Food was delicious. Overall highly rate and recommend. Would stay again. "

"The car park was full and this means an unwelcome trek to the nearest city car park. The reception was good and room 7 was spacious and well equipped. Towelling swans and hearts on the huge bed were a nice touch on Valentines Day. The heating in the room was off and the one radiator needed turning on which we managed without instructions. The special set dinner was excellent and had plenty of choice served by an expert and friendly team. Overall our stay was good although room 7 is certainly not...

"Stayed 2 occasions here. Perfect for the short and relaxed break with 9 years old. Good food (both dinner and breakfast) Only to improve is Water temperature of swimming pool is a little low. Visit twice and both too cold"
