"10 of us stayed here for a new year and it was lovely. The house is very big and has lots of space. The living room was lovely with a fireplace. It is an old house so there were a couple cobwebs and dustiness is some places but that is to be expected. Ken was a lovey host to welcomed us at check in and explained how everything worker, for example the Arga oven and heating system. Would recommend for families and large group of friends. "

"The location was amazing with lovely views of the country. However, we had real issues with the cleanliness of the property. The issues included cobwebs (in pretty much every room) dirty sheets including the cot, unscrubed loos and soaking wet lounger cushions that had been left out. Whilst an attempt had been made to clean the stair carpet it was clear that a duralex glass had been broken on the stairs as shards of glass were found not only on the stairs but also on the ground floor. "Nice brand new building with well equipped apartments. Check-in process is not very straightforward though and we had to contact the company many times for different issues during the process of pre-check-in and check-in. Apartment was not ready at 3pm. Also parking is very expensive and on top of that they want you to remove the car as soon as you check out so you can’t spend the day and collect car later which is a shame and very unusual."

"We had a wonderful weekend as a group of 8 friends. Plenty of space and well equipped for our group. We enjoying long walks along the coast and even managed a dip in the sea in January! The house was peaceful with a relaxed chilled-out vibe and the open fire was an added bonus on a cold evening. Communication with Kevin the owner was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house."

"Loved everything about the hotel! My only problem was that there is no electric charge point so i missed breakfast on my last day because i spent most of my time trying to find electric charging point to charge my car! It would make life much easier for your customers who have electric cars if you had a couple of chargeing points on the property "

"The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Chichester and only a 10 min walk from the Festival Theatre. Room was very comfortable, if a little small, and the breakfast was cooked to order, not from a buffet. Our room and the hotel generally was very clean."
