"Located very close to the Central Train Station, this hotel was an oasis in a busy area of the city. The staff, the hotel and restaurant were all perfect. The room was attractive and very quiet even though the area around the hotel is not very pretty. I would stay there again, in a heartbeat. "

"Citizen M is a wonderful hotel located in old town Amsterdam. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to be new and very clean. The location is ideal for tourists because the tram stops right outside the hotel and the subway is less than a block away. The breakfast was amazing."

"I liked the check in staff friendly approach and also check out. I didnt like that they didnt explain you needed a voucher or ticket for the return shuttle to airport. I even made a comment that i was looking at the airport shuttle times...at the desk. It would have been helpful in this regard. "

"Loved the hotel, it’s super clean and high tech and very quiet too. Feels like you’re the only ones there at times. Rooms are great and offer a lot of storage. Cleaners were a bit strange, they hadn’t cleaned our room during the day and when we came back they knocked on but I asked them to come back in 5 minutes if possible as my partner was changing. They didn’t seem to understand and came in regardless, was a bit awkward. On the day of check out we got an extra hour, the cleaner kept knocking...
