Las habitaciones y los baños son amplios y muy cómodos aunque alguna de las habitaciones standard necesitan un poco de renovación. Puntos a mejorar es el desayuno creo que la variedad de la comida no es tan buena como antes, como la fruta por ejemplo. La comida del restaurante es buena. "Beautiful property. Only slight inconvenience is how far out it is and not having a way to get around. Thankfully the staff accolades our stay and we hired a taxi to get us out for dinner and snacks for room. "

"In short, the stay was positive and I would go again - but there were a few things that were below expectation, especially for a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, great overall. Negatives: No air conditioning: even tho we visited in Nov, still struggled with the hot & humid air - thankfully the staff were able to provide a fan upon request which partially helped. Sewage smell: an unpleasant smell was present in the toilet/bathroom especially throughout the first 2 days. Cockroach: live cockroach...

"Extremely disappointing. Towels, bottled water, teabags, toiletries had to be requested daily from reception! Breakfast buffet was satisfactory, dinners very mundane. An additional charge for coffee at dinner! €108 charge for massage by someone who was not a masseuse and arrived ten minutes late for appointment. Addressed issues with manager who suggested a free wrap in a waterbed on my next visit to Oceano. I will not be returning!. "
