"The property is on the 3rd floor (no lift) right on the seafront. Just a pedestrian promenade separates the property from the shoreline. The views from the balcony, the sound of the sea are incredible. Also, it is wonderfully peaceful despite being a 2 minute walk from the main square and a terrific swimming location. However the check-in process was appalling and we had actually booked a hotel close by as we were initially unable to get into the flat. It took an hour on a Thursday evening...

"very modern apartment with comprehensive range of appliances, kitchen utensils and laundry. 5 min walk to Las Ramblas and a further 5 minutes to the pedestrian shopping area. I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying there! (Only negative is the parking is hit and miss - and don't bring a large vehicle as the road is narrow)"

"The property is perfect for a stay in Puerto de la Cruz. It is a quiet complex with a great heated pool. A 20 minute stroll down to the main promenade and a shorter, though uphill, walk to Traoro Park. The nearby Botanical Gardens are excellent as is the range of restaurants and bars."

"This is a very well decorated and particularly artistic apartment. Roberto was a wonderful host, friendly and very helpful in every way. We stayed a month and kept enjoying the beautiful furnishings and comfort of the apartment. Good warming on the few occasions needed, excellent kitchen, splendid light, easy access, great local cafes, supermarkets, even hardware store, very fine restaurants at all price levels.
