"We stayed here for one night, lovely hotel but please be aware that to use the pool this comes with a separate cost in addition to the stay. Breakfast also comes with different options however it’s a free for all help yourself style so I’d recommend going with the cheapest option."

"A stunning hotel conveniently located in the heart of Bath. Quiet and luxurious, and a perfect escape for couples. The bedrooms are impeccably clean, very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The spa is free to access between 8-10 am and 7-9 pm. We used the spa at 7pm, as did most other residents, however it wasn't too busy and was a lovely space to unwind before dinner. "Our experience and stay was very good, however the breakfast was a shambles! No cutlery, no food, tables full of dirty plates and staff stood around chatting. No baked beans, handheld browns, croissants no glasses for the juice. The food was fine if you could get any. Some users walking around in PJs and bare feet all by the food, I actually think when seating people would staff not say that footwear is needed, I don’t want to eat breakfast looking at some ones filthy feet"
