"The hotel was clean and the room was nice. The swimming pool facilities were great, sauna, steam room etc. The breakfast for what it was, was great, lots of continental options and your choice of a cooked breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place and come again. Id love to write a longer review but there was no issues, everything was great."

"Stayed in a spa room and it was lovely. Best bed ever, very comfortable. Complementary drinks included in the fridge was a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant food generally was excellent although a little bit pricey."

"This might just be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I came straight from work, upon my arrival to reception, the receptionist (Amelie/Amelia?) could not have been more welcoming. As I was checking in, I was offered a complimentary drink which was lovely. I was then offered to sign up to the free members club which I did and immediately got a free room upgrade and 2 mini bottles of Prosecco for the room as I was having a girls night with my best friend. "Good hotel with excellent restaurant for lunch and evening meal however breakfast was continental only. Pastries and croissants were not fresh and on the hard side on both mornings. A coffee machine would be a welcome addition rather than instant sachets. Rooms are lovely and comfortable. Good telly signal. Good Wi-Fi. Fridge. Windows did not close properly so you could hear the weir but that did not bother us at all. Great views out of windows. This hotel is not for guests with mobility...

"Lovely hotel in prime location, spotlessly clean room was very comfortable. Slight issue with electrics to bedside chargers sadly couldn’t be resolved but a minor irritation. Hotel very busy during our visit, all staff remained professional under pressure. Great"

"My only disappointment was that I had requested an upgrade before my stay. I had an email confirming that was possible but on check in was told that it wasn't then possible. I had an early 7am appointment the next morning and requested the upgrade to facilitate the fridge for my yogurt so I could eat before leaving tbe hotel ( breakfast didn't open until 7am at the hotel). Therefore I had to leave my yogurt in the bathroom sink full of cold water. It was far from ideal when I had paid over...

"Hotel was clean and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and sauna/steam room facilities. Check in and out was straightforward. Grounds were lovely. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but it is well situated and easy walking distance to the centre. Breakfast was disappointing as took over half an hour to come, was not very big (mushroom was only half a slice!) and toast had gone cold as was served when we sat down so had to ask some more. Staff were attentive and professional....

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"
