"This is a regular stay for me and always enjoyable. Service is generally excellent and the spa is fun. My only criticism this time would be the cooked breakfast- nasty puck like hash browns and not a great sausage. I expect better given the level of service elsewhere. Stick to the continental brekkie."

"The property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold options. Staff were friendly and polite. If not driving, theres a 10 minute stroll into the city centre. Worth a visit."

"Was given notices months in advance that they would be going through some renovations during our stay; this was no problem to us. We were still able to park on-site and they are just minutes from The Roman Bath, a must! Everyone was warm and welcoming. The restaurant at the hotel was top notch! One of the few placed that we stayed that had a fridge in the room! Our room was comfortable; fan was provide. "
