"This has got to be the cleanest, most well maintained, most friendly hotel I have ever been too. There's not a spot of dirt or dust anywhere. No cracked or broken tiles or stained grout. And everyone, without exception, has a genuine smile for you. The spa was great. The food in the restaurant well presented, tasty and reasonably priced. Just one niggle. "Wasn’t aware that parking on site was so expensive at £40 per night and want told this in advance which would have been easy in one of the many welcome text message or emails I received. We had to wait for staff to be available for check out and to let us into the car park. The room was fine and in good condition. When we did interact with staff they were friendly and helpful. "

"A lovely hotel in an excellent location. There is ample parking at the hotel and is about a mile walk into town. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which was very useful. Our room, 52, was comfortable and nice and warm. Particularly important as the temperatures dropped quite dramatically overnight. All the staff that we came across were very pleasant and accommodating."
