"Good location but can be noisy as it's right in the centre of the city. But that's the trade off for being able to walk to everything the city has to offer. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Staff not the most welcoming, lacking the 'enjoy your stay' or even asking how our stay was on checking out. "Beautiful hotel that was spotlessly clean with lovely staff. The hotel was quiet whilst we were in the room so it was easy to rest and sleep. The bed and pillows so lovely and comfortable. Our only concern was that our floor to wall window looked out onto the park (which was lovely, nice to see so busy) but the room only had blackout curtains so if we needed to get changed we lost all natural light and needed to put a lamp on. "This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s right in the shopping area. Everything is in walking distance. It’s very clean inside, all of the amenities made me feel as though I was at home. Modern apartment. The staff were really nice, specifically Jack. Parking was very convenient, I never actually needed my car as we walked everytwjere. I will always stay here whenever I come to Liverpool. I would highly recommend this place. "
