"Great inn in Izu Kogen. Good food, welcoming staff, nice baths, large rooms, and lots of activities (e.g. pottery making, etc.). Only suggestion would be that a few parts of the inn need a very small amount of maintenance. Highly recommend."

"三保の松原を観たくて偶然見つけたウラレナさんでしたが、なにもかもが最高でした。 お部屋はとても広く清潔で何日でも滞在したいほど。全てが清潔感とセンスに溢れています。スタッフさんの対応も完璧です。とても良くしていただきました。 また、夜はお部屋でフレンチのコースをいただきましたが、地元の食材を活かした一品一品が全てが美味しい。 滞在中に残念ながら富士山は現れてくれませんでしたが、ウラレナさんへの宿泊が帳消しにしてくれました。 2組しか泊まれないのであまり有名になって予約が取れなくなると困るのですがとてもお薦めです。 またいつか特別な時に再訪したいと思います。"

"We had a Japanese style room with a private hot spring tub in the courtyard. Room was clean and spacious. The hot spring temperature is just perfect and enjoyable. We arrived very late to the hotel and missed our dinner. The breakfast was served in our room by two very friendly Japanese ladies. Staff speak very very little English but they use an interpreter online to assist guests. They provide courtesy shuttle to the train station."

Experienced the cozy atmosphere in their traditional Japanese style building, every room/facility got a meaningful Japanese name. Great view in private dining room. Easily accessible, whether it’s by train or their shuttle service. Private onsen is great. Public onsen is a bit small.
