"This hotel was the best one we stayed in. Not only was the room huge but they had an onsen right in property. Another big thing for me was they let you do laundry for free with all the products for it too. It's also right on the beach and they offer free lockers and showers!"

"At first I wasn't sure about this property being so far away from Mount Fuji (the reason we were in the area) however, we got there and the hotel is beautiful and the staff was very nice to us. "Massive room. Incredible balcony seaview. Feels very much like living in a home. Close driving distance to Mount Omuro. The buffet is a bit costly with what it has to offer. It's not close to any convenient store, so better do some groceries first before getting here."

"Hotel is located near the bus stop which makes it easy to catch the bus from Shin-Fuji station if you arrive by Shinkansen. View of Mount Fuji from the hotel room was amazing! Very glad I picked the room with the Mount Fuji view. Staff were very friendly. There is a strict 3pm check in however you can leave your luggage if you arrive early. You just take off your shoes when entering past the lobby up to your room. You must give you shoe locker and room keycard at front desk whenever you leave the hotel. This is a good system to make sure you don’t lose your room keys when traveling outside. Free breakfast was included and it is common Japanese style breakfast buffet. Coin Laundry is great as there is also a dryer. "
