"Staff were very amenable and friendly. Parts of hotel are looking a bit tired, eg poolside changing rooms and pool area in general. Chamber service was excellent and very clean and friendly. "

"Super convenient location! Bascially you can get all the things (food for us) you need within walking distance. Metro is like 1minute walk down to the mall and considered the fluctuating weather condition in Singapore, it is very important for our family of 4 to be able to access transport without getting wet. The rooftop pool had an amazing view and visiting other observatory becomes unesscessary because you can basically have the best view at the rooftop!"

"It says 4 star hotel but I would say it is more of a 3 star. No netflix channel. A little bit dirty is some places. It is very near to Haji Lane ad opposite has a Hawker Centre. Accessible everywhere. Laundromat is a plus! Pool is very nice and staff are amazing!"
