"Front Desk Douglas was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. This property was really nice, clean, safe and orderly. Easy transportation options into NYC, surrounding areas and states. I spent some time in Connecticut during my stay. My only gripe is that I wasnā€™t treated very well at the buffet. I wasnt served or serviced at all. I wasted $60 just to be ignored so i just paid, left and never ate there again. Would definitely stay here again though."

"We stayed for one night only as a family trip. Like others stated, there is still some construction going on, we were just there and they were doing some painting, with some walls being wet to the touch. It did not bother us. The pool/hot tub area was nice but it lacked in service, Sunday morning there were no towels and no one to replace towels. Breakfast on the go was just terrible, no options really, just your typical bagel and donuts, would be better if healthy options were present,...

"The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit."

"Misleading write-up on bedrooms. Fourth bedroom was above the front living room without a door and very far from the bathrooms... It was shabby, shabby chic with a very squeaky bed and the box spring was old with holes and rusty. The couple who were to stay in that room refused and went to a hotel. All closets, drawers etc were totally full so hard to settle in. House was tidy but not clean. My family was disappointed."
