"Close to the airport but 15min walk to the mascot station. It would be nice to have free shuttle at pre set ( scheduled) time to airport & Mascot station. The Bothany Rd next block has plenty of eatery. Room 312 shower glass or drain didn't capture the water completely. it leaked to the floor."

"Very comfortable room & so close to transport."

"Staff in the club lounge bent over backwards to help me. I have coeliac disease and they were great in making sure everything was gluten free for me including bringing me toast from a separate area with Gf toaster. The guys were so lovely in the lounge and really made our stay! Our room was nice too and the hotel was in a good location. "

"Overall, I liked the hotel. Clean, modestly outfitted. High points were complimentary Nespresso coffee at the lobby, washing machine dryer inside rooms with detergent, dishwasher and kitchenette. Swimming pool, workout gym, hot spa, and sauna room. Close to light rail trains, Chinatown/Haymarket district, and Darling Harbour. Only downsides: slow elevator and lots of elevator repair going on. We had to climb 11 flights of stairs one day just to go to our rooms. TV was non-operational. Internet...
