"I had a pleasant stay.I was at the hotel for 10 days. The club room was very nice. The staff were always ready to assist and very helpful The only feedback I have is that they can improve more on maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness. "My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a very child friendly hotel with a game zone with a soft play area for children. All the staff are absolutely stars they helped throughout our stay. From bell desk, to game zone and restaurant. Especially during dinner all the staff in the restaurant kept my twins entertained and busy while we tried to eat. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"There was no water or towels in room … I got so frustrated with lack of services that they have to change my room three times. Although staff did everything to help me , I think it was poor management by leadership team , I believe they didn’t provide enough resources to staff.
