"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a very child friendly hotel with a game zone with a soft play area for children. All the staff are absolutely stars they helped throughout our stay. From bell desk, to game zone and restaurant. Especially during dinner all the staff in the restaurant kept my twins entertained and busy while we tried to eat. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Beautiful, week-maintained property. It was very clean and the staff was very courteous. The valet parking was an issue as the early morning staff had no idea where our car was nor did they make any effort in informing us of their delimma (probably out of embarressment). Since we had to be at our appointment at 6 a.m., we finally asked what the issue was and took the car key to find our car ourselves."

"This was my second stay at hotel and as a single mother of twins I would highly recommend it to everyone (or not so I can always get a room). The staff are amazing!! During breakfast as I was alone on this stay with my twins and struggling the staff stepped in and helped so much! And everything you would need in an hotel from amenities, cleanliness, decorum, ambiance is what attracts you back to stay here. "

Avoid!

"Absolutely terrible experience here leaving the only good thing being the time I left. The check it was quickly thought despite no one speaking English, once we get to our room we noticed how dusty it was, and I’m not exaggerating, i usually walk shoeless indoor and this could not be the case. Ok we dealt with it and ever since that we couldn’t spend an hour without finding out something wrong with the room, ceiling fan wasn’t properly attached, bathroom flooded every time I tried to shower, a terrible smell in the room probably coming from the surrounding area being full of garbage and heces. At least you get a free alarm when a buch of disrespectful people wakes you up by yelling and making noises out in the corredor every morning AVOID!!!"
