"It was an amazing hotel. Very clean. All staff from reception, restaurant staff, waiters, cleaners, were very courteous. The breakfast had a large variety of food. Our room was facing the river. Will recommend this hotel "

"There was no water or towels in room … I got so frustrated with lack of services that they have to change my room three times. Although staff did everything to help me , I think it was poor management by leadership team , I believe they didn’t provide enough resources to staff. The hotel need major upgrade and someone from top needs to take responsibility to fix things . Will not recommend anyone to stay "

"The hotel is tidy and clean but the confusing part is that the brochure in the hotel says that the check out time is 12 noon while the reception rang us saying that the check out time is 10am. This causes inconvenience to guests"
