"The ambiance of the hotel was very nice and the staff very attentive. The evening meal I had (Fish & Chunky Chips) was very nice, if a little on the large size (not complaining though). The room was beginning to show that it needed a refresh - even though it was comfortable. The bathroom had a sink that did not hold water for very long (seconds), the toilet seat needed tightening up, as it moved when sitting, and the bath tap dripped, loud enough for it to be heard each time I got up to visit...

"Was a little disappointed in my room The windows were very small- so the room was dark. The walls and furniture were scuffed and work..although very clean. The bathroom as lovely The food at breakfast wasn’t good quality- timed fruit instead of fresh, cheap apple and orange juice. The coffee and sausages were awful! I will be back- but a real mixed bag. Very expensive for what we got "

"Property in great proximity to Legoland, pool area good for kids. Only down side was lack of food options and very expensive for what was on offer. "

"We had a great visit to Windsor. The Castle Hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious and clean. I especially enjoyed the library as well as the books in our room. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. "

"Great stay in Oxford. The location is a short walk from the city centre and an even shorter walk to the historic Oxford Castle. The staff were very pleasant and helpful any time I had questions. The only downside is occasionally I did get a distant whiff of sewage if the bathroom door was left open. (I blame that on the age of the building.)"

"A very beautiful hotel well run Lovely staff. Rooms very large and well appointed. Good bathrooms. Downstairs reception area very comfortable and spacious. Decor is very smart. Breakfast was good. Very close to Windsor castle, very close to restaurants and takeaways. Close to the river trips. All round excellent hotel."

"Beautiful grounds, and Spa facilities, (particularly the pool) were excellent. Food available on the terrace outside of the pool. Evening meal in the restaurant was very nice, but expensive. Food; breakfast lunch, dinner all superbly cooked and presented. All the staff were very pleasant and attentive."

"We had a twin room, beds were clean and reasonably comfortable. Carpet was clean, not sticky! Bathroom was clean, no mould in shower area, shower was adjustable and water warm/hot. Complimentary water along with tea & coffee, which was great as it was a warm weekend that we stayed. Close to city centre, possibly 10 minute walk, very easy."
