"A lovely hotel with an incredible staff."

"We booked a family suit and balcony and this was unique looking over the pool and hotub inside the hotel. The room was spacious and also a pull out bed. There was live music one night and sitting on the balcony was wonderful. The pool could be loud depending on how many were in it, but closed at 10 at night. The location was perfect to walk around and there was parking interior with a fee of 25 dollars per night. Would highly recommend this hotel for families. "

"The rooms were clean and a descent size. The location was convenient, a few minutes walk from the old town and the views were stunning. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Only thing I’d change would be to have a hot tub and have the pool a bit warmer. "

"I really like this hotel overall-the common areas are comfortable, clean, rooms are quiet, but since my last stay there are signs of neglect. The value of the “Resort fee” is not there at all. The kids club room was not well stocked, the coloring books and art supplies were old and not appealing for the kids. There was a gaming system but no games. The hot tub had scum lines on the tiles and a lot of debris on the bottom. The hotel is beautiful but rooms are dated and show signs of age. ...

"Construction in the area made it difficult (and took a lot of time) to access, but the hotel was nice! The restaurant had good food. The pool was clean. Biggest downside were the pillows (horrible and only 2 on the bed). "
