"Everything was excellent, good service and good food and comfortable bed etc. However there was no hot water in the morning in order to shower and neither ourselves or the other couple we were with were offered any form of refund or reduction for our stay, only a verbal apology. Disappointing ! "

"The only spoiler for us was that due to an old fusebox, all the plug sockets kept tripping leaving no power to charge our devices or for using hairdryer/straighteners etc. Otherwise a lovely hotel and friendly staff."

"Absolutely loved it. I stayed in room 12. It's a beautiful room, big bed, excellent bathroom boasting villeroy and boch sanitaryware. From the moment i walked in, i had a lovely friendly greeting and all the staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was top notch..i had eggs benedict for breakfast both mornings and highly recommend it. It's a lovely pub with a working waterwheel outside and a cosy log burner which i enjoyed sitting by whike reading a book and having a drink. My only gripe...

"Wonderful hotel in scenic Pitlochry. Our room was delightful and the bed was soooo comfortable. The breakfast room was beautiful. The sitting room off of the lobby was so warm and cozy with the fireplace burning. Great location. Breakfasts are all cooked to ordered. Excellent food but slow. We loved Pitlochary and hope to come back. "
