"While the stay was excellent. Communication about check-in was poor as i never received the form for check in and upon arrival had no instructions on how to get into the unit. It took about half an hour to figure it out through calls and text with 3 different people who represented 3 different companies! It would do well if all three, including hotels.com, coordinated on this. "

"This was a great stay for our families! My family and bestfriend family rented this 3bdrm so we could all be together for New Years. My bestfriend recently lost her husband, and I thought this would be a great place for us to have some fun. It was a lot of kids and they had a great time! Even the neighbors downstairs were amazing as the kids made plenty of noise. Beds were very comfortable, apartment was neat and clean. Kitchen was big enough for us to cook but there wasn't a lot of place...
