"Very nice hotel and nice location."

"Overall pretty good. Facility is a bit dated and showing its age but otherwise very nice. Staff was very helpful and nice. Parking was a rip off. Charged me $52.00 for secure valet parking and my truck was never moved from in front of the hotel on the street. The valet service hit me up for a tip after we cheked in, and i did so, not realizing that no valet did anything to warrant a tip. Also found out that there waa tons of garage parking off street for half or less what this was. "

"The staff at this hotel were so lovely and accomadating. The hotel itself is very beautiful and plently of great dining options available. Very nice hotel, however the mall attached is a ghost town."

"Staff was outstanding. Somehow my credit card wound up on the hotel floor. Security texted me immediately to say they had retrieved it and were keeping it until I could return to claim it. They went above and beyond to allay my fears. I will be forever grateful for their diligent professionalism - OUTSTANDING in every way imaginable. "

"The hotel was beautiful and I loved all the artwork! Parking was easy although an added cost. The room service was fast but the pizza wasn’t pizza. It was two flatbread slabs with very few toppings. "

"My only issues was I did have trouble finding building. Would suggest to maybe shows photos or which exact door to go into. Other than that, was great place to stay "

"Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for...

"My stays (2 and counting) are nothing less than exceptional. I have stayed in two different 1 bedroom apartments and they are absolutely amazing. I travel a lot and when in Indy I will check here first. These are actual 1 bedroom apartments with full amenities including granite countertops, stainless appliances and full washer and dryers. All of the rooms are immaculate, the staff is super attentive, the location couldn't be any better, it's perfect!!"
