The only thing which could have improved our stay was the swimming - we went to the children swimming slot but it was far too overcrowded for the size of the pool and the changing rooms and there is no one keeping control of this meaning children and adults are continuously bombing into the pool near little ones, and lots of families...

"The hotel is really nicely decorated, very kind staff at the front desk and a good location. When I entered my room it was like the Sahara desert, the heating was on full whack so it was a bit of a shock, assuming that was unintended but I managed to turn it off and the temp reduced. Unfortunately I was in a room that the window faced into a corridor so I couldn't really open the curtains but this didn't really worry me as I wasn't in the room much. The price for the quality of room was good and...
