"Nice hotel - great location. We did have problems with lights not working around the bathroom mirror. Talk to front desk everyday about it finally on the day before check out, I call again and was told they had to order a part. It’s understandable parts need to be order however a follow up would have been appreciated."

"Apparently there is a speakeasy bar directly underneath the hotel. They played a loud concert until about 1:00 a.m. I was on the 7th floor so it didn't bother us but I feel really bad for the people with rooms on the first floor as you could hear it extremely loudly in the lobby. Kind of ridiculous for an expensive fancy old school hotel like this to allow such a negative thing to affect the experience of the guests on the first floor."
