"WiFi in hotel room did not work for my iPhones, though it did for my laptop. It worked in the lobby for iPhones only. Front Desk gave a phone number for tech support. In my first phone call, there was lots of background noise of the rep's family. She then was unable to hear me and dropped the call. I called twice more, but no one picked up. It's unacceptable for a hotel of this price not yo have fully functional room WiFi."

"Amazing hotel in a great location plenty of shops & restaurants in walking distance & only 18 min from Logan airport ! The hotel was clean on the outside, nice curb appeal & the inside was so beautiful & very very clean , every staff we encountered was pleasant & said hello . The beds & pillows were very comfy . I would have to say it’s by far one of the coolest , hotels we’ve stayed in . If your headed to Boston this is the place to be !!"
