"Awesome location as it is next to the Whitby Abbey. Location is reachable if you are driving. If you arrive by train, be prepared to walk more than the 199 steps up to the Abbey. One downside is lockers are not available in the rooms to secure your belongings whilst you are out and about."

From the moment I arrived, Rebecca was most welcoming. I was given a dis for the car parking on the road and was shown to my room which was warm and cosy with lovely decoration and a homely touch.
