"Great new hotel but there are areas of improvement. The location is not bad ~15min walk to myeongdong street. The hotel is super new but has issues (i.e. shower leaks to toilet, balcony is super dirty). We booked the suite, for some reason the 2nd bedroom had no door and there were no kitchen pots, pans, silverware etc. "

"At the doorstep of Hoehyeon station, so it’s very accessible. Clean and comfortable room although single use amenities are not provided. Breakfast buffet had a good spread and most items are well done. "

"I had a great experience. The location near Yeongdeungpo Station made getting around super easy. My room was clean, modern, and cozy—though a bit small. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the nearby Times Square Mall was perfect for dining and shopping."

"Even though the place is not cheap, their service is remarkable. I was in Seoul for vacation and did not bring umbrella for the trip. The hotel has umbrellas guests can borrow so I did not have to buy umbrella for the one day of rain. The location is also nearby airport bus stop and subway station."

"I stayed for 2 week at this property and it was great! The service was very nice and they were very helpful when it came to any questions I had about the area or transportations. The place was always clean and very close to multiple forms of transportations. My only bone to pick was that I couldn't control the air conditioning. I was HOT at night but opening the window fixed that issue so no ruined trip there. Other than that very nice hotel "
