"Ce petit chalet est juste à l'extérieur de la ville de Santa Helena. Nous pouvions facilement y revenir entre deux activités. L'endroit est paisible et nous entendons peu la route. La vue des montagnes est magnifique. Du balcon, nous avons aussi vu plusieurs animaux: singes, coatis, motmots, colibris,etc. Points négatifs: la douche est tiède/froide et le débit est faible, plusieurs insectes s'y frayent un chemin, la propreté est correct sans plus. "This a unique experience. Staff was very helpful and their breakfast which we had one morning was delicious. We even managed to get Italian food delivered (easier with USD cash). The view is unbelievable and we definitely enjoyed as a family with 2 teenagers. Note that like all roads in Costa Rica, always better with a 4WD car. We had a simple 4x4 SUV and we had no issue driving (slowly) the 1.5km or so to get to the property even under set season rain. Again, great experience if you are looking...

"So it’s not easy to drive here. Somehow Waze took us on a gravel road for miles it wasn’t easy to drive. So just make sure you get directions on the pave road. It’s beautiful and serenity kicks in. The manager is extremely nice and his dog is the best! "

"Our room was basically made out of wood, and the balcony looked over the mountains. We loved that! We had a beautiful sunset. There was an excellent restaurant within walking distance with gluten free options. The breakfast was large and tasty. Couldn't ask for anything more."
