"This is a wonderful place to spend a few days. The ryokan is very authentically Japanese. The staff was helpful wherever we needed them. The food Is good, though our best meals were in restaurants in Takayama. Most of all, the hot springs are AWESOME. The water is so thick with minerals, so rich. We didn’t want to leave."

"Came here with my husband and mother. A little sad that there was no view surrounding this ryokan. Unlike the ones I stayed in while I was in Hakone and Sapporo.
