"Well located hotel with nice rooms but the bathrooms need to be updated & modernised. Plenty of places to eat nearby ideal location for Colmar & visiting Alsace region. Very good breakfast with wide choice. The added bonus was that our 2no dogs were allowed at the hotel for a reasonable additional cost"

"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. There was a jacuzzi bath in our room but...

"this hotel is a JEWEL staff is fanbtastic no parking because the area is only pedestrian easy access to the train station 10 minute wlk. Located in the center of the city. We will go back the city ha so much to see we did not have enought time gret place to stay. "
