"Hotel is in a nice and safe location with easy access to transportation and a big mall nearby with good shopping and dining options. Note that swimming at the beach is not allowed and the adult pool was closed as of April 2025, which we weren’t aware when we booked. Lots of really nice facilities for kids of all ages. Decent service though most staff does not speak English at all."

"The hotel is new so it is clean and fresh. The location is not great for a holiday. It would be ok for business. Breakfast was ok. Service was terrible. Very few staff could speak English. People at reception were rude and unfriendly, a smile and some basic respect doesn’t cost anything. Also had a problem when checking in, as they were refusing to honour breakfast, even though it was clearly included in the reservation. "Very new ally built resort, beautiful rooms. Staff were helpful but some were poorly trained (new hotel?). This resort still has areas that are unfinished, such as the G Club, the villas and other amenities. It is also far (1.5 hour drive) from Sanya City. "직원들이 너무 친절해요. 객실은 오픈하고 얼마되지 않아, 무척 깨끗해요. 야외 수영장 2곳이 너무 좋았어요. 워터파크와 테마파크가 걸어서 5분 거리에요. 테마파크의 롤러코스터가 재밌어요. 아쿠아리움 안에 식당이 있는데, 인어 쇼를 보면서 식사 할 수 있어요. 매일밤 불꽃놀이가 있어서 환상적이에요. 주변 유명 관광지와도 가까워요,중국어를 한마디도 못하는데, 직원들이 친절해서 전혀 무리가 없었어요. 싼야 피닉스공항에서 차로 1시간 거리인데, 편안하게 쉬기 좋았어요. 조식도 맛있고, 레스토랑도 나쁘지 않았어요 직원들의 친절함은 세계 최고수준이에요"

"We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The suites are spacious, great for family vacation with kids. The kitchen comes handy for some light cooking. The swimming pool areas are very pleasant for relaxing. We did swim twice when the weather was good. The water was sparkling clean! It is a very short walk to the beach, and has easy access to many great restaurants and shops.the side walk along the lake is perfect for jogging and walking."
