They arranged airport transportation, offered tours, and even packed us a to-go breakfast when we had to leave at 3am to make an early morning flight. "Excellent hotel. Beautiful facility with a gorgeous rooftop bar/restaurant offering amazing views of the city. Clean, spacious and well-equipped rooms. Great location - not really walkable, but definitely in a very safe area in close proximity to the main attractions in Poblado. "The front desk ladies were informative above their regular job, besides very courteous, pleasant. The surrounding very welcoming to the eyes with lots of nature. If I would like something to improve is the included breakfast. Be aware of when fruit has passed their maturity. "
