Enjoyable stay
Loved it here. Hotel is in a quiet location set back from a main road. It is clean, very spacious and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and are willing to help you with anything. Breakfast was excellent.

Totally recommend this hotel in Medellin. Location is great, staff is very nice and rooms are comfortable.... (their toiletries are from my favorite brand!). Only thing is their check-in process is super long.

Water bottle in mini bar had been opened and refilled with what could have been anything. My daughter nearly drank some. Restaurant dirty unhygienic, lack of clean cups. Wet floor was dangerous. We have cancelled the next 2 nights, Expedia have only offered a partial refund due to non cancellation booking, on the basis the hotel is not as described we really should get a full refund.
